9 facts about society that should shock and disturb us, but instead we view as normal

When you take a moment and look around at the world, things can seem pretty messed up. Take 5 or 10 minutes and watch the 6 o'clock news.

Chances are, the entire time, all you are going to see is war, conflict, death, illness, etc.

Sure, this is part of the mainstream media's content strategy to sell drama and keep people focused on it, but besides that, it reveals something real about the current state of our world.

I believe Michael Ellner said it well in his quote: "Just look at us. Everything is backwards, everything is upside down. Doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, psychiatrists destroy minds, scientists destroy truth, major media destroys information, religions destroy spirituality and governments destroy freedom."

Now obviously Ellner's quote is a simplified way of looking at our current state, but in many ways it's bang on.

Most of what we do in the name of "good" ends up destroying something else in the process and is passed off mainly in the name of profit.

We've seen over and over again how our ways have brought us to a point where we are destroying everything in our path, so the question must be asked, isn't it time for change?

Do you love your job?

Are you caught up in the Society Trap' ? Things don't have to be the way they are. It's up to us to change the way we live.

Don't be part of a machine, be unique and express yourself as an individual.

Are we fully capable, honest, and determined enough to look at our past, where our actions and thought-patterns have brought us to this point, and now do something completely different in order to restore balance?

The people over at The Free World Charter believe it's time for that and have put together a list of facts about society we oddly accept as normal.

9 Facts About Our Society That We Oddly Accept As Normal

WE PRIORITIZE MONEY AND THE ECONOMY OVER BASICS LIKE AIR, WATER, FOOD QUALITY, OUR ENVIRONMENT, AND OUR COMMUNITIES.

WE UTILIZE AN ECONOMIC TRADING SYSTEM THAT FACILITATES THE DEATH OF MILLIONS OF PEOPLE EACH YEAR.

WE DIVIDE THE WORLD'S LAND INTO SECTIONS AND THEN FIGHT OVER WHO OWNS THESE SECTIONS.

WE CALL SOME PEOPLE "SOLDIERS" WHICH MAKES IT OK FOR THEM TO KILL OTHER PEOPLE.

WE TORTURE AND KILL MILLIONS OF ANIMALS EVERY DAY NEEDLESSLY FOR FOOD, CLOTHING, AND EXPERIMENTS.

WE SEND CHILDREN TO SCHOOL FOR THEIR ENTIRE CHILDHOOD TO MEMORIZE FACTS AND SKILLS THAT THEY WILL RARELY USE.

WE IMPOSE FINANCIAL PRESSURES ON PARENTS, FORCING THEM TO MISS OUT ON VITAL STAGES OF THEIR CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT.

WE HAVE THOUSANDS OF RELIGIONS, EACH ONE BELIEVING THAT THEIR GOD OR GOD-STORY IS THE ONLY TRUE AND UNIQUE VERSION.

LOVE AND COMPASSION, WHICH PROMOTE LIFE, ARE MOCKED AS FACILE. WHEREAS WAR, WHICH HARMS LIFE, IS SEEN AS HONORABLE.

Fukushima Sabotage – Japanese Journalist Accuses Israel

In retaliation for Japan's support of an independent Palestinian state

Source: American Free Press  … by Richard Walker    October 24, 2011

               edited by  Jim W. Dean

A Natural or Man Made Disaster ?

A leading Japanese journalist recently made two incredible claims about the Fukushima power plant that suffered a nuclear meltdown in March 2011, sending shockwaves around the world.

First, the former editor of a national newspaper in Japan says the U.S. and Israel knew Fukushima had weapons-grade uranium and plutonium that were exposed to the atmosphere after a massive tsunami wave hit the reactor.

Second, he contends that Israeli intelligence sabotaged the reactor in retaliation for Japan's support of an independent Palestinian state.

According to Yoishi Shimatsu, a former editor of Japan Times Weekly, these nuclear materials were shipped to the plant in 2007 on the orders of Dick Cheney and George W. Bush, with the connivance of Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.

The shipment was in the form of warhead cores secretly removed from the U.S. nuclear warheads facility BWXT Plantex near Amarillo, Texas.

While acting as the middleman, Israel transported warheads from the port of Houston, and in the process kept the best ones while giving the Japanese older warhead cores that had to be further enriched at Fukushima.

Vincent Carnaby - Shot, Cuffed, Bleeding to Death

Shimatsu credits retired CIA agent and mercenary Roland Vincent Carnaby with learning the warheads were being transported from Houston.

In a strange twist, Carnaby was mysteriously shot dead less than a year later by Houston police at a traffic stop.

He was shot once in the back and once in the chest. He did not have a weapon in his hands.

Intelligence sources said he had been tracking a Mossad unit that was smuggling U.S. plutonium out of Houston docks for an Israeli nuclear reactor.

In an even more explosive charge, the journalist says that 20 minutes before the Fukushima plant's nuclear meltdown, Israel was so upset with Japanese support for a Palestinian declaration of statehood that it double-crossed Japan by unleashing the Stuxnet virus on the plant's computers.

The virus hampered the shutdown, leading to fallout from a section of the plant housing uranium and plutonium retrieved from the warheads supplied in 2007.

Japan's House Burns Down

While it is impossible to verify some of Shimatsu's claims, there was a massive cover-up at the time of the Fukushima disaster in March. Explosions at the site were immediately downplayed.

While it was subsequently reported that three reactors suffered meltdowns, Japanese authorities tried to rate the disaster as a Level 4 on the International Nuclear and Radiological Event Scale, although outside experts declared it a 7, which is the highest level.

Something worth noting is how in 2009, two years after Shimatsu says the warheads were secretly moved to Japan, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) issued a veiled warning to Japan not to abandon its anti-nuclear weapons policy.

The IAEA had to know, however, that Japan has long retained the potential to build nuclear weapons.

That was made clear as far back as 1996 when a leaked Ministry of Foreign Affairs document exposed how Japan had been promoting a dual strategy in respect to nuclear weapons since the mid-1960s.

It would often publicly profess a non-nuclear policy while maintaining the ability to build a nuclear arsenal. The Liberal Democratic Party, which has dominated Japanese politics, has always said there is no constitutional impediment to nukes.

A factor that undoubtedly would have encouraged the Bush-Cheney White House to provide Japan with the means to secretly build nukes was the growing power of China. Cheney and Bush sought to arm Japan and India with nuclear weapons as a means of curbing China.

Was the Israeli Stuxnet Virus Designed for Iran Used on Japan?

Presence, Not Praise: How To Cultivate a Healthy Relationship with Achievement – Brain Pickings

Presence, Not Praise: How To Cultivate a Healthy Relationship with Achievement

Despite ample evidence and countless testaments to the opposite, there persists a toxic cultural mythology that creative and intellectual excellence comes from a passive gift bestowed upon the fortunate few by the gods of genius, rather than being the product of the active application and consistent cultivation of skill. So what might the root of that stubborn fallacy be? Childhood and upbringing, it turns out, might have a lot to do.

In The Examined Life: How We Lose and Find Ourselves (public library), psychoanalyst and University College London professor Stephen Grosz builds on more than 50,000 hours of conversation from his quarter-century experience as a practicing psychoanalyst to explore the machinery of our inner life, with insights that are invariably profound and often provocative — for instance, a section titled "How praise can cause a loss of confidence," in which Grosz writes:

Nowadays, we lavish praise on our children. Praise, self-confidence and academic performance, it is commonly believed, rise and fall together. But current research suggests otherwise — over the past decade, a number of studies on self-esteem have come to the conclusion that praising a child as 'clever' may not help her at school. In fact, it might cause her to under-perform. Often a child will react to praise by quitting — why make a new drawing if you have already made 'the best'? Or a child may simply repeat the same work — why draw something new, or in a new way, if the old way always gets applause?

Grosz cites psychologists Carol Dweck and Claudia Mueller's famous 1998 study, which divided 128 children ages 10 and 11 into two groups. All were asked to solve mathematical problems, but one group were praised for their intellect ("You did really well, you're so clever.") while the other for their effort ("You did really well, you must have tried really hard.") The kids were then given more complex problems, which those previously praised for their hard work approached with dramatically greater resilience and willingness to try different approaches whenever they reached a dead end. By contrast, those who had been praised for their cleverness were much more anxious about failure, stuck with tasks they had already mastered, and dwindled in tenacity in the face of new problems. Grosz summarizes the now-legendary findings:

Ultimately, the thrill created by being told 'You're so clever' gave way to an increase in anxiety and a drop in self-esteem, motivation and performance. When asked by the researchers to write to children in another school, recounting their experience, some of the 'clever' children lied, inflating their scores. In short, all it took to knock these youngsters' confidence, to make them so unhappy that they lied, was one sentence of praise.

He goes on to admonish against today's culture of excessive parental praise, which he argues does more for lifting the self-esteem of the parents than for cultivating a healthy one in their children:

Admiring our children may temporarily lift our self-esteem by signaling to those around us what fantastic parents we are and what terrific kids we have — but it isn't doing much for a child's sense of self. In trying so hard to be different from our parents, we're actually doing much the same thing — doling out empty praise the way an earlier generation doled out thoughtless criticism. If we do it to avoid thinking about our child and her world, and about what our child feels, then praise, just like criticism, is ultimately expressing our indifference.

To explore what the healthier substitute for praise might be, he recounts observing an eighty-year-old remedial reading teacher named Charlotte Stiglitz, the mother of the Nobel Prize-winning economist Joseph Stiglitz, who told Grosz of her teaching methodology:

I don't praise a small child for doing what they ought to be able to do,' she told me. 'I praise them when they do something really difficult — like sharing a toy or showing patience. I also think it is important to say "thank you". When I'm slow in getting a snack for a child, or slow to help them and they have been patient, I thank them. But I wouldn't praise a child who is playing or reading.

Rather than utilizing the familiar mechanisms of reward and punishment, Grosz observed, Charlotte's method relied on keen attentiveness to "what a child did and how that child did it." He recounts:

I once watched Charlotte with a four-year-old boy, who was drawing. When he stopped and looked up at her — perhaps expecting praise — she smiled and said, 'There is a lot of blue in your picture.' He replied, 'It's the pond near my grandmother's house — there is a bridge.' He picked up a brown crayon, and said, 'I'll show you.' Unhurried, she talked to the child, but more importantly she observed, she listened. She was present.

Presence, he argues, helps build the child's confidence by way of indicating he is worthy of the observer's thoughts and attention — its absence, on the other hand, divorces in the child the journey from the destination by instilling a sense that the activity itself is worthless unless it's a means to obtaining praise. Grosz reminds us how this plays out for all of us, and why it matters throughout life:

Being present, whether with children, with friends, or even with oneself, is always hard work. But isn't this attentiveness — the feeling that someone is trying to think about us — something we want more than praise?

The Examined Life goes on to explore such enduring facets of the meaning of existence as our inextinguishable urge to change ourselves, the gift of ignorance, and the challenges of intimacy, deconstructing the wall in philosopher Simone Weil's famous prison parable to reveal the many dimensions in which our desire "to understand and be understood" manifests.

10 Important Books You Don’t Know About That Will Keep You Reading Until The Very Last Page | Collective-Evolution

10 Important Books You Don't Know About That Will Keep You Reading Until The Very Last Page | Collective-Evolution

10 IMPORTANT BOOKS YOU DON'T KNOW ABOUT THAT WILL KEEP YOU READING UNTIL THE VERY LAST PAGE

**This is an updated version of an article we published last month. We will continue to update the list and re-publish it for those who are interested in some good reads!

Reading is incredible. It sparks our imaginations, enhances our critical thinking skills, improves our vocabulary, exercises our brain, and much more. While our love for reading in general will never die, it does seem that, these days, its popularity has waned significantly. Many kids today, and plenty of adults too, can't seem to wrap their heads around sitting and doing 'nothing' for any extended amount of time when they could instead experience new and intense sensory information every few seconds instead. You'd be hard-pressed to find a child (or teen) that won't throw a fit the moment you take their cell phone or iPad away from them, and it's not illogical to wonder if children today are even using their brains; surely the constant TV watching and time spent on social media doesn't challenge their minds in the way that a book can. Whether you're an adult or a child, reading is definitely a good idea; the key is to find something that interests you. The rest is easy.

The list of books below represents just a few that I'm sure CE readers will enjoy, so have a look if you'd like to add something new and exciting to your reading list.

Supernormal: Science, Yoga & The Evidence For Extraordinary Psychic Abilities

"As with Dr. Radin's previous work, this book is thoroughly researched, clearly written, and immensely engaging. Once again, he has pushed the boundaries of religion, science, psychology, and philosophy. Invaluable reading!"

– Dr. Michael Bloch, University of San Francisco

Above is just one of many great reviews of this book. Dean Radin, the author, is the Chief Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. He has published a number of papers on the science of parapsychology. Topics within this realm include distant healing, remote viewing, precognition, and near-death experiences, among others.

The book examines the science behind these extraordinary abilities, and whether yoga and meditation can unleash our inherent supernormal mental powers. It touches on several different topics, from ancient teachings of mystics and the theories of quantum physics to successful experiments in the field. Radin offers powerful evidence which confirms that sometimes fact is indeed stranger than fiction, and sometimes more wonderful than we could ever have imagined.

Altered Genes, Twisted Truth: How the Venture to Genetically Engineer Our Food Has Subverted Science, Corrupted Government, and Systematically Deceived the Public

This is an excellent book and very relevant today, given how many countries around the world have now banned genetically modified products. It was written by Steven M. Druker, J.D, who is the Executive Director at the Alliance for Bio-Integrity.

The book has captured the attention of hundreds of scientists, including Joseph Cummins, Ph.D., a Professor Emeritus of Genetics at Western University in London, Ontario, who raved about the book: "Altered Genes, Twisted Truth will stand as a landmark. It should be required reading in every university biology course."

David Schubert, Ph.D, a molecular biologist and the Head of Cellular Neurobiology at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, agrees with him:

This incisive and insightful book is truly outstanding. Not only is it well-reasoned and scientifically solid, it's a pleasure to read – and a must-read. Through its masterful marshalling of facts, it dispels the cloud of disinformation that has misled people into believing that GE foods have been adequately tested and don't entail abnormal risk.

Stephan Naylor, PhD, CEO and Chairman of MaiHealth Inc, and formerly a professor of Biology and Molecular Biology and Pharmacology at the Mayo Clinic for 10 years, offers further praise:

Steven Druker's meticulously documented, well-crafted, and spellbinding narrative should serve as a clarion call to all of us. In particular, his chapter detailing the deadly epidemic of 1989-90 that was linked with genetically engineered food supplements was especially significant. I and my Mayo Clinic colleagues were active participants in the attempt to identify the cause of this epidemic. Druker provides a comprehensive analysis of all the evidence and also presents new findings from our work. Overall his discussion of this tragic event, as well as its ominous implications, is the most comprehensive, evenly balanced and accurate account that I have read

As you can see it has some great reviews, which is refreshing to see considering that mainstream media never shares this side of the story.

UFOs for the 21st Century Mind: A Fresh Guide to an Ancient Mystery

This book was written by Richard Dolan, one of the world's leading researchers and writers on the subject of UFOs. He also authored UFOs and the National Security State, and both books are ground-breaking works which together provide the most factually complete and accessible narrative of the UFO subject available anywhere. Dolan co-authored a speculative book about the future as well, called A.D. After Disclosure, which was the first-ever analysis not only of how UFO secrecy might end, but also of the all-important question: what happens next?

Dolan believes UFOs constitute the greatest mystery of our time.

UFOs for the 21st Century Mind has received incredible reviews. Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell called the book monumental, and Hal Puthoff, one of the chief scientists involved in the U.S. Government's Stargate program, said that it's a must read for serious students in the field.

Prior to his interest in UFOs, Richard completed his graduate work at the University of Rochester, where he studied U.S. Cold War strategy, European history, and international diplomacy. Before that, he had studied at Alfred University and Oxford University, and was a finalist for a Rhodes scholarship.

For beginners and experienced researchers alike, historian Richard Dolan covers the full range of this incredibly complex topic in this book. He offers insights into everything connected to UFOs: ancient aliens, modern encounters, abductions, channellers, the politics and cover-up, the black budget world, the bizarre science, the social dimensions (YouTube and Facebook), the future, and much more.

In addition, as one of UFOlogy's pioneers in the deep analysis of the cover-up, he offers an original perspective on how it all works and why the cover-up is bound to end. He also writes on the nature of contact, speculating on who these "Others" might be. Finally, Dolan takes the reader through the "weird science" of UFOs, covering everything from propulsion and spacetime to consciousness and more.

The topic of Unidentified Flying Objects has gained a tremendous amount of popularity in recent years, especially after their existence was verified by dozens of governments in documents released via the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and by academicians and high-ranking military and political personnel. Keep in mind that "UFO" does not mean extraterrestrial, but when you have objects at very high altitudes performing maneuvers that defy our known laws of physics, it's easy to see why some people make that connection.

To see what happens when the military tracks a UFO on radar, you can read THIS article we published on the subject.

HERE is another great example that comes from the Canadian Air Force.

The Secret Teachings Of All Ages

Manly P. Hall published this book in 1928, shortly after he became a respected lecturer and interpreter of ancient writings. It dives into a number of different topics, but mostly focuses on philosophy, occult philosophy, and the teachings of secret societies. He himself was a member of the Rosicrucian Fellowship and a 33rd degree Mason.

Below are just a few of the rave reviews he has received.

"A masterful summation of the esoteric teachings of the ages."

– Huston Smith, Ph.D., Author.

"Into this volume has been compressed the quintessence of a colossal learning. It is a living human document, pulsating with the mental and spiritual vibrations of a profound thinker who takes knowledge for his province and reduces whole libraries to a single tome."

– George Barron, Curator of the De Young Museum of San Francisco

"Simply put, this is the most beautiful and complete occult book ever published. It represents a lifetime of research into the mythology, symbolism, and magical practices of countless cultures. From the secrets of Isis to the teachings of mystic Christianity, nearly every occult dogma imaginable is represented here. This is the definitive guide to secret societies, famous figures, and more."

– Liewellyn New Times

"Manly Hall's great work is a classic in the world's literature. It will guide historians, philosophers, and lay seekers of esoteric wisdom for centuries."

– Edgar Mitchell, Sc.D., Apollo 14 astronaut

Fingerprints Of The Gods

So much of what we know about our ancient history has been lost; we are essentially a species with amnesia. Whether it be giant skeletons or remnants of Atlantis, there is much evidence suggesting that the story of mankind might be far older than we think. In his book, Hancock presents strong arguments for this view.

Below is a summary of this work:

In Fingerprints of the Gods, Hancock embarks on a worldwide quest to put together all the pieces of the vast and fascinating jigsaw of mankind's hidden past. In ancient monuments as far apart as Egypt's Great Sphinx, the strange Andean ruins of Tiahuanaco, and Mexico's awe-inspiring Temples of the Sun and Moon, he reveals not only the clear fingerprints of an as-yet-unidentified civilization of remote antiquity, but also startling evidence of its vast sophistication, technological advancement, and evolved scientific knowledge.

The Afterlife Experiments: Breakthrough Scientific Evidence of Life After Death

Gary E. Swartz is a professor of psychology, medicine, neurology, psychiatry, and surgery at the University of Arizona. He is also the Director of its Laboratory for Advances in Consciousness and Health.

In this book, he examines the question of life after death by asking well-known mediums to take part in a series of experiments aimed at either disproving or proving the existence of an afterlife. The book includes details of "stringently" monitored experiments in which mediums attempt to contact dead friends and relatives of "sitters," who were masked from view and never spoke, depriving the mediums of any cues or hints.

The results shook researchers and onlookers, revealing information about a son's suicide, what a deceased father wanted to say about his last days in a coma, the transformation of a man's lifelong doubts about the afterlife, and, most amazing of all, a forecast of a beloved spouse's death.

It is simply fascinating, and stands as a fantastic example of science trying to examine a mysterious phenomenon which can at least be observed, if not explained. Unfortunately, when science examines something it cannot explain, it most often dismisses it as untrue.

Return To Life: Extraordinary Cases Of Children Who Remember Past Lives

For the last fifteen years, Jim Tucker has traveled the country meeting families, hearing stories like these, and trying to determine if the children's memories are valid. Continuing a fifty year research project at the University of Virginia involving children from all over the world, he decided to focus on cases in the United States, where parents would not expect their children to say such things.

This topic has been studied by numerous scientists who belong to various academic institutions from all over the world, so in the interest of a short on-line read, choosing which studies/examples to share can be a difficult process, given how many of them exist. Worldwide, more than twenty-five hundred specific cases have been examined in great detail, more so where these notions are more culturally accepted (in the East), although cases have been documented on every single continent. For this reason, if you are interested in this topic from a scientific standpoint, we suggest you further your own research beyond what you read here.

A typical reincarnation case is where subjects start reporting a past life experience. One common denominator of these cases is that they all involve children, with the average age being 35 months when subjects begin to report their experiences. The experiences reported are often detailed and extensive, and Tucker points out that many of these children show strong emotional involvement when speaking about their claims, some cry and beg to be taken to what they say is their previous family. Others show intense anger.

"The subjects usually stop making their past-life statements by the age of six to seven, and most seem to lose the purported memories. That is the age when children start school and begin having more experiences in the current life, as well as when they tend to lose their early childhood memories." (source)

One example Tucker describes, an American case, is of a child named Sam Taylor, who was a year and a half old when:

"He looked up as his father was changing his diaper and said, 'When I was your age, I used to change your diapers.' He began talking more about having been his grandfather. He eventually told details of his grandfather's life that his parents felt certain he could not have learned through normal means, such as the fact that his grandfather's sister had been murdered and that his grandmother had used a food processor to make milkshakes for his grandfather every day at the end of his life." (source)

Hidden In Plain Sight: Beyond The X Files

The latest and most in-depth book on underground bases by Dr. Richard Sauder, the world's premier investigator of underground bases and tunnels. Using a combination of archival research, on-the-scene investigation, and first-hand interviews, Sauder takes the reader into a clandestine world that is under the ground and under the ocean. It is a world that we are supposed to think is impossible, and yet — after reviewing the evidence — seems all-too-likely. Dr. Sauder asks, and often answers, such questions as:

– Where are the secret underground bases?
– How far down do they go?
– What leaks are coming from the classified world?
– What has the U.S. Navy planned for beneath the ocean floor?
– Are there bases beneath the ocean?
– What's going on beneath Washington, D.C.?
– Are there high-speed, underground maglev systems?
– What is the connection with UFOs and the alien question?

This is a book that truly goes where no other book has gone before. It is a must-read for any and all who are seeking to understand the full magnitude of the Matrix-like reality of our civilization.

The Secret Military Remote Perception Skill Anyone Can Learn: The Essential Guide To Remote Viewing

This book was written by Paul H. Smith, PhD., and an army veteran who was involved in this program for several years.

Did you know that the CIA, in conjunction with Stanford university, were involved in the scientific study of parapsychological phenomena that lasted more than two decades? Part of this program was examining the efficacy of 'remote viewing,' supposedly for intelligence gathering purposes. (source)

Remote viewing is the ability of a person to describe a remote geographical location up to several hundred thousand kilometers from their actual physical location.

In these experiments, multiple individuals were able to describe distinct objects that were located in a separate room, and at other remote physical locations from where there body was not.

Parapsychology: A Handbook For The 21st Century

This is the first book in more than 40 years to provide a comprehensive scientific overview of research in the field of parapsychology, explaining what we know and don't know about so-called psi phenomena, such as telepathy, precognition or psychokinesis. Contributors evaluate the evidence for these phenomena, accounting for factors such as selective memory, wish fulfillment and incorrect methods or analyses, in some cases offering psychological, physical and biological theories.

31 chapters by 37 experts including:

» Implicit Physical Psi: The Global Consciousness Project (Roger D. Nelson)
» Macro-Psychokinesis (Stephen E. Braude)
» Psi and Psychophysiology (Dean Radin and Alan Pierce)
» Psi in Everyday Life: Nonhuman and Human (Rupert Sheldrake)
» Reincarnation: Field Studies and Theoretical Issues Today (Antonia Mills and Jim B. Tucker)

9 Ways To Stop Cooperating With The Ruling Elite's Control System

control system

Paul A. Philips, Activist Post
Waking Times Media

Done sneakily, or under the illusion of democracy, in recent times more oppressive laws have been made than ever before. Between us being subjected to more and more ordinances, rules, restrictions and outright laws then demonizing our dissension and opinion should we object… It's as if we can't do anything right.

How long will it take for the masses to wake up to these grossly restricting laws and realize how un-free they are?  The masses' unchallenging complacency with these laws has been made that much easier through social conditioning engineered over the years by the ruling elite.

In this charade, the power-mad egomaniac manipulating controlling parasitical ruling elite impose themselves on almost everything for their ulterior motives: ownership, power, profit and political gain – and that's it. It's that straightforward. It's that pathetic.

These forever-increasing control mechanisms: regulations, rules, absurd mandates, threats of fines, intimidation, extreme petty police reprisals and imprisonment … are designed to sap the life-force from us while denying our true self-expression as we're expected to bow down in acquiescence. It's all designed to erode humanity into a subservient entity.

How do we break this manipulation?

The road to achieving this involves refusing to cooperate with the ruling elite's control system.

By refusing to cooperate we go into a different agreement which will manifest a different reality to the otherwise planned doom and gloom. So here are 9 ways to stop cooperating with the ruling elite's control system.

1. Question everything

Remember, accepting the narrative given to you by the authorities and the general consensus of the masses without your questioning means going into agreement with a fake reality, thus having a disempowering relationship with the unreal.

Question the motives behind the mainstream media, the lawmakers, the politicians or corporations pushing their encroaching agendas. Question the education system. Question military actions. Question yourself over the job you're in and do you really want to do it … etc.

In other words question anyone and anything you hit upon contrary to your findings, or contrary to that which goes against your freedom.

When living life as an inquiry, challenging the official narrative, you can then act on your findings by spreading the word. Live your truth. Walk your walk and talk your talk.

2. Disengage from the imposing controlling matrix

Enough is enough. Break those imprisoning mental, physical and spiritual chains foisted on you by the ruling elite and their associates.  Don't fall for their fear-mongering as you rebel. Fear is all part of the controlling matrix illusion. See it for what it really is.

The more you disengage the more confidence gained in your stand for non-cooperation.

Break your agreements: If you're unwillingly serving the ruling elite's disempowering, destructive control system, then walk away.

Healthcare workers, if you don't like being involved in a system that seriously injures or kills numerous patients with medicines supported by a medical/pharmaceutical establishment that puts profits over genuine welfare concern then walk away.

Police, if you're involved in policing unjust oppressive laws then walk away…

Soldiers, if you've worked out the war deception with all its illegal, immoral, indiscriminate activity then do what your heart tells you. Lay down your weapons and walk away…

How are the ruling elite and their associates going to deal with us if we demonstrate our non-cooperation in high numbers?

3. Disengage from distraction

In our socially engineered society we have been manipulated to get caught up in distraction. Mindless entertainment, overly competitive sports … Then there are those economic, political, intellectual, religious, cultural and societal differences, race issues, etc. serving as nothing more than distraction with more than their fair share of never-ending dialectic conflict. It's all designed to stop us from seeing the big picture and rising up.

It becomes a lot easier to disengage from the distraction when seeing the big picture. That it's nothing more than a carefully cultivated control system…

The next 2 ways are indeed major examples of distraction. See them for what they really are. Then 'throw down the ball,' refuse to play these pointless, going nowhere, energy-sapping games, and move on:

4. Don't vote for any of the major political parties

By voting for one of these parties you're only giving your power away to help the ruling criminals' further advance their NWO agenda. Stop believing the Republican-Democrat paradigm; or, if you're in the UK, the Lib-Lab-Con sock puppet campaign shows backed and financed by T.H.E.Y (The Hierarchy Enslaving You).

It doesn't matter who gets voted in. They're all funded and backed by the ruling elite. So whoever wins, the politicians who get in office will only be there to serve their lords and masters the ruling elite instead of the wishes of we-the-people.

Yes, there are a growing number of people who know this, but many still don't fully understand. Any advantages of selecting one party over the other because of, say, a policy in your favor or to your advantage will only be a short-term payoff. In the end, if you vote for one of the major parties because of this then you'll only have to suffer the far greater long-term cost for having chosen the party with their connections to the ruling elite's agenda.

5. Stop giving your attention to corporate-sponsored mainstream media news

Switch off the TV (Tel-Lie-Vision). Turn to alternative/independent media sources instead for the truth. Learn to discern the differences between disinformation and the truth on the Internet.

6. Refuse to join the military

Don't become a sucker for the ruling elite's war machine, secretly manufactured to line the pockets and favor the directions of bankers, corporations and politicians, while serving as a planned de-population agenda…

No matter which side or viewpoint you take no one ever wins; and, just like choosing a major political party, nothing ever changes. Understand the related big picture and then spread the word to others so that they too will see the deception and refuse to join.

7. Refuse vaccinations

With the current push for mandatory vaccinations refusal has never been so important. They cannot deal with us if we refuse in overwhelming numbers. Vaccines are NOT safe and have been known to beineffective. You could end up seriously ill, brain-damaged or even dead from these fraudulent big pharma money spinners to which the revenue-raking government and their paid-off media is only too happy to support through disinformation and lies…

8. Stop buying junk food and say no to GMO

Don't let any greed-driven corporation deceive you with their deceptive marketing. Avoid junk food with its high sugar, salt and cheap/nasty trans-fats … for disease protection. Chemical-laden, processed, irradiated or GMO foods should be avoided.

Don't buy a microwave oven. Avoid cooking with microwave or non-stick coated or aluminum utensils which in effect turns the food into junk food that could lead to health problems through toxic contaminants.

Don't cook food using high temperatures for too long. Extreme temperatures cause the nutrition value (vitamins and enzymes in particular) to denature and greatly reduce the food value.

Junk foods and GMOs are all part of the ruling elite's destructive hidden agenda.

9. Stop consuming

As a consumer, ask yourself do you really need it? For instance, do you really need to become one of the 'Planet of the Apps' spending endless hours wasting time on health-threatening low-EMF WiFi, covert spying electronic applications?

Get into the habit of no longer consuming things you don't really need.

As a consequence of 1-9

The system and its unconscious nature will break down.

Our non-cooperation will no longer give the ruling elite's control system its power. Non-cooperation will take us up and away from getting further dragged down towards the terminal precipice.

Non-cooperation is quite simply the key to our freedom.
