Resistance tends to strengthen the energies it attempts to oppose by giving them power and energy to work against.
We all know the feeling of being repeatedly haunted by the same issue, no matter how we try to ignore it, avoid it, or run away from it. Sometimes it seems that we can get rid of something we don't want by simply pushing it away. Most of the time, the more we push away, the more we get pushed back. There are laws of physics and metaphysics that explain this phenomenon, which is often summed up in this pithy phrase: That which you resist persists.
Resistance tends to strengthen the energies it attempts to oppose by giving them power and energy to work against. Additionally, resistance keeps us from learning more about what we resist. In order to fully understand something, we must open to it enough to receive its energy; otherwise, we remain ignorant of its lessons. There is a Tibetan story of a monk who retreats to meditate in a cave only to be plagued by demons. He tries everything--chasing, fighting, hiding--to get the demons out of his cave, but the thing that finally works is surrender. He simply lets them have their way with him and only then do they disappear.
Now, this wisdom must be applied practically. We are not meant to get ourselves physically injured. Instead, this story speaks of how, in essence, our demons are inside of us. What plagues and pursues us on an inner level has a way of manifesting itself in our environment in the form of people, events, and issues that appear to be beyond our control. But all these external expressions are reflections of our insides, and it is inside ourselves that we can safely experiment with surrendering to what we fear and dislike. It may feel scary, and we may find ourselves in the company of a lot of resistance as we begin the process of opening to what we fear. But the more we learn to surrender, and the more the demons that plague us disappear in the process, the more courageous we will become.
What the world needs most of all right now, is for the new breed of 'Spirit Warriors' to step up and step out. It needs people to dive into centre stream; to take a risk, that we can truly change the worldwide reality by having the courage to change our own.
It is said that madness is doing the same thing day in day out and yet expecting different results. Well, there's plenty of madness out there right now! So where do you stand?
Are you one of the New Spirit Warriors?
Here's how to tell…
22 Ways to tell if You are a Spirit Warrior:
1. A Spirit Warrior recognises that they, and only they, create their reality. In other words, they fearlessly embrace every person, situation and circumstance that they have drawn, as their own manifestation. And they're prepared to deal with that (see Law of Attraction unveiled).
2. A Spirit Warrior realises that 'fearlessness' is not to be without fear; rather it is to be continually confronting and breaking through fear in the moment it arises.
3. A Spirit Warrior does not blame or project at others. Not even the crazy situation we now witness in the world. She accepts the outer mirror created by group karma, and works tirelessly to unravel it (understanding karma).
4. A Spirit Warrior doesn't complain or constantly try to fix the 'pain'. They recognise that the pain is the place where the light enters, and that transcendence of the physical is the path to immortality. Therefore, of the pain they say… "bring it on!"
5. A Spirit Warrior is not afraid to let go of a creation or manifestation once it has served its purpose. Which could mean moving on from a de-energising relationship, job or location. Even when the path forwards is uncertain, they dive all in (see Manifesting Miracles with White Magic).
6. A Spirit Warrior knows the difference between surrender and giving up. Surrender is aligning with the truth that they can feel unfolding, whereas giving up is being wishy washy, and too easily accepting of 'anything goes'.
7. A Spirit Warrior knows the difference between judgment and discernment. It's vitally important to call reality the way it is, in order to navigate the path between the obstacles in life. But to judge another or a particular circumstance as always being the same, is to 'condemn' it, and then form a fixed relationship to it (see The Ray 4 Diplomat in You).
8. A Spirit Warrior is careful with the word 'never', so as not to condemn a particular situation to a particular fate. He is aware that 'always' may change.
9. A Spirit Warrior is not afraid to go against the herd, even at the risk of getting trampled by it.
10. A Spirit Warrior is not afraid to suffer, or to die, for a cause greater than themselves.
11. A Spirit Warrior knows that death is merely the passage into a new life. And therefore fearlessly lives the life they now have.
12. A Spirit Warrior is profoundly honest with themselves.
13. A Spirit Warrior is not afraid of the truth.
14. A Spirit Warrior fearlessly expresses themselves, no matter what the outcome. Yes, diplomacy and tact are important to them too, but that doesn't mean compromising your own soul. It's all about 'the dance', finding the most accessible and appropriate way to express your truth (see The Seven Rays of Divine Impulse).
15. A Spirit Warrior is selfless, yet not afraid to express the self. The self is far from being some bland, colourless or wishy washy existence. It is vibrant, alive, full of animation, charisma, colour and expression.
16. A Spirit Warrior is forgiving of himself and others. She recongises that all life's circumstances are created for learning purposes: that there is no such thing as evil intent. All create according to the reality model that has been built up inside. Forgiveness helps unravel the distortions that people hold onto (see radical forgiveness).
17. A Spirit Warrior understands the difference between non-efforting and commitment to a cause. Yes, it is essential to let go of struggle and attachment. But nevertheless, it is going to take commitment, patience and perseverance to bring light through the darkness.
18. A Spirit Warrior knows when to put something down, and when to pick something up.
19. A Spirit Warrior lives day to day, moment by moment from their intuition. They're constantly tuning within and asking "what would you have me do now?" and "how would you have me do it?"
20. A Spirit Warrior is constantly witnessing the objectivity of synchronicity, allowing it to reveal what's really going on in the moment, not accepting the filter the ego might be placing on it.
21. A Spirit Warrior allows others to make their own mistakes and walk their own path. He may lend support, but doesn't disempower by taking ownership of their issue.
22. A Spirit Warrior truly understands the nature of love: overcoming that which separates oneself from other sentient life, and instead compassionately embracing that which unites all (see video Who are You, and How to Be That?).
The Spirit Warriors are here!
There's a new era of Spirit Warriors emerging. These spiritual warriors are not afraid to feel their fear. They have the courage to be vulnerable through the deepest challenges and to be profoundly honest with themselves. They are committed with every fibre of their being to unravel the layers that keep them bound to the lower paradigm, no matter what it takes! They come from all walks of life, of all ages, joining hands, finding a common thread of beingness and are hiding NO MORE!
Openhand is the name we've given to the Benevolent Consciousness of the Universe. It is that energy which works within the weave of the fabric of life, helping to unravel karmic blockages, infuse soul and thereby catalyse spiritual evolution. Openhand works as a synchronistic mirror, revealing what is holding us back and how we can take our next evolutionary leap. Openhand Foundation works on behalf of this energy, helping ground its presence in this realm.
The underlying field is shifting in intensity now. You can see it reflected in the craziness at large in the world, as (some) leaders are challenged by events beyond their control. Of course it gets played out in the microcosm, in the only way their consciousness can handle — playground, bully-boy threats and tactics. The ego does this when it senses a loss of power — when the identity is challenged. To me this is just the fizz and the froth, stirred up by great waves of energy, which are now being unleashed in Gaia's higher dimensional flow. It's vitally important that we don't get blinded in the drama, distracted from the blindingly obvious. We must look through the words, wailings and flailings. We must see that which we are not, and attune instead to that which we truly are…
Mother Earth is already saved
Many people in the spiritual mainstream still speak of 'saving Mother Earth', that we must apply our energies to healing this great divine soul. I say to you…
She has now entered an irreversible event line, which will see the 3D cleansed of distorting density, and her magnificent 5D higher self unleashed, in all her renewed splendor.
And there's nothing anyone, nor any 'geo-engineering' organisation, will be able to do to stop it.
Although understandable, it's still a degree naïve to think that such a starsoul as Gaia, billions of years old, would somehow depend on the helping hand of humanity (or else be controlled by it) when he's been around mere nano seconds, in the great cosmic timescale. Yet there is a degree of truth in the misconception — Gaia is holding the space for enough souls to unwind themselves from the density, so that the shift may be as gentle, and all-encompassing as possible. (Here's a perspective on the Shift from 3D to 5D Earth.)
Do not be distracted from the true Source
The important thing now, is that we recognise the underlying movement of energy, the intensity to which it has escalated — reflected in the insecurity shown by the controllers of society; then to progressively allow that energy to carry us internally, to break the bounds of the old consciousness — the anchoring ties — so that our very souls are set adrift, on the surging tide of the realigning flow.
So what about the machinations and machismo shown by our world 'leadership' — what part does that play in the Great Shift? Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zip. The only thing that it can really do is to distract — to make the drama and spectacle so loud and noisy, that you stop looking within, to where the real truth lies.
And this will always be a choice — YOUR choice. Your consciousness — YOUR soul — cannot be boxed and controlled by anyone, unless YOU allow it to be. Remember, the Great Shift is an internal one, determined by YOU alone.
That's not to say the internal shift isn't reflected into the outer world – of course it is. And it's in the interplay — the apparent reality of it — that we get to decide who we are, and thereby forge the soul. So it's not about disconnecting from the theatre, it's about playing your role in it, but then rather than creating a tepid soap opera drama, what great masterpiece are you given to manifest?
Who are you? How great can you really become? What is your soul truly wanting to express?
Right now, all possibilities are open, all landscapes taking shape, that you may forge who you truly are, in this great spectacle unfolding before, and around, us. Watch-out as the machinations of the powers-that-be become ever bolder. But do not fear this either – as spiritual people, we know only too well, that those who try to control, are only ever caught up in greater karmic knots themselves.
So do not be blinded by the drama, do not be hoodwinked into believing it is more important that it really is. Above all, whatever rocket-sized false flags they try to unfurl, do not be distracted from the one true source of authentic creation – your very own being, at the core of you. (Also see: How Finding the Deeper Meaning Can Lead to a More Fulfilled Life.)
The rapid Shift into Higher Dimensional Consciousness
However, this doesn't mean that somehow you disconnect from the outer world — who would be deciding to do that? Is not the One intimately engaged, right up until the very end? Does not the gazelle give of its all, right up until the moment where the physical is truly lost?
This is where there is the maximum gain to be had. For thousands and millions of years, the change on our planet has been relatively gentle and progressive, apart that is, from occasional big shifts — 5 mass extinctions to be precise. Now your eyes will lay witness to one of the greatest transitions possible — the rapid shift into higher dimensional consciousness.
The mirrors will thus get ever stronger as the old reality unwinds itself. Here is the opportunity then – the potential for rapid spiritual growth within yourself. Surrender. Let go into the strengthening flow of evolutionary change. Your soul will speak, ever louder, until it's primal scream becomes undeniable. Go with it. Express into it. Unleash it. And this could just become the most miraculous shift of your existence…

The beginning of the 21st century seems to have interestingly spurred a resurgence in psychedelic chemical research, with a variety of different chemicals receiving more attention. Dr. Rick Strassman helped pioneer the documentation of the bio-phenomenology of DMT, and a variety of research institutions like the Heffter Institute, John Hopkins University, Beckley Foundation, and more, have laid some impressive new groundwork into the scientific inquiry of MDMA, psilocybin, and LSD. Between this variety of research foundations and institutes, and among a variety of dedicated and recurring scientists (such as Robin Carhart-Harris, Richard Wise, and David Nutt), new parallels have been drawn with technology such as fMRI scanning of humans under the influence of the chemicals, that illustrate the connections between the psychedelic state, meditation, dreaming, and yes, even clinical psychosis.
The recurring theme here is an "enhanced repertoire of brain dynamical states" (Harris) which can also be described as a systematic deregulation of normalized brain states (i.e. the Self or the Ego). Along with this, it can be observed that these "dynamical states" increase this "repertoire" of brain states within the individual – which could be interpreted as adopting new ways of thinking (which can be good or bad). It's no surprise to anyone these days that psychedelic chemicals can bring about some very disorienting, scary, and absolutely negative experiences, and the fact that this can be correlated with clinical psychosis may leave people second guessing their stance on these substances, but the fact of the matter is that all these brain states are activated by the brain of the individual under these psychedelic states, and as can be observed, these types of states are not limited to the psychedelic state.
Dr. Carhart-Harris, Dr. Nutt and company have called this brain-state correlation the "primitive state" of mind, because it is characterized as an "evolutionarily regressive" state of mind, which could be seen as a safety net for waking consciousness – the primitive state is something to fall back on, or even escape to. It seems likely that this "regressive" state could be aptly paralleled to that of a younger, developing brain, such as that of a child, with even more research coming out confirming the increased state of impressionability in a psychedelic state. Naturally, impressionability also characterizes childhood thought process. While it seems that science has yet to make these fMRI comparisons, this is hardly a stretch in observation as the meditative, spiritual, and even psychotic states of mind have all held analogies to childhood thought process as well.
Let it be considered that while this article promotes this concept of the "primitive state," it further promotes that these baser, banal connotations involved with words like "primitive" and "regressive" are unnecessary to use when describing these brain states, and rather it can be seen as a sort of "subconscious level of impressionability." In mysticism and clinical hypnosis alike, this is considered a "trance." When one is a child, it could be postulated that something akin to this is the primary operating state, and that as time furthers, this impressionable state naturally becomes impressed, and gradually moves further and further to the "back" of one's consciousness. Unless it is utilized (like exercising a muscle) with a variety of these activator-methods, like psychedelic chemicals, meditation, spirituality, artistic creation, sex (research "Tantra"), and surely an uncountable amount more that varies from person to person. Psychosis could be seen as what happens perhaps when this "subconscious state" is activated under traumatic circumstances, or any circumstance that could be considered "unwanted" or "uninvited" by the individual.
This new scientific understanding of psychedelic chemicals is giving way to a new paradigm in psychotherapy (although not without backlash, legally and socially). It could be considered that if any negative event is strong enough to alter a person's perception for the long-term, then this is what is seen as "traumatic." Therefore, since this "trance state" of thoughts can be correlated to psychosis, it seems that these therapeutic states and these unhealthy states all stem from the same area of "impressionability." Since it can also be observed that this state of impressionability can and will increase "dynamical" brain states when utilized, it only takes some simple deductive reasoning to see this proves that when activating this childlike state of impressionability (trance), the individual can increase their "repertoire" of brain states. This can be considered as a re-wiring of neurons on a physical level. Again, this is the primary effect and usefulness of clinical hypnosis, and yet another enlightening parallel can be drawn here. It also makes a great deal more sense why the CIA has been so interested in these chemicals.
The scientific community has provided some fresh and enticing foreshadowing into the new frontiers of psychedelic research, therapy, and general neurological understanding that may await our society. Along with this, the future could as well hold a further unveiling of the relationship between psychedelic chemicals and brain development, even perhaps on an anthropological level. However, with no end yet in sight to the War on Drugs, these new frontiers might only continue to receive backlash and criticism; it seems as always that time proves to be the ultimate gatekeeper of these new insights. Overall, science only continues to prove that psychedelic chemicals can be considered a "conduit" of cognitive energy and neurological capacity that allows for deregulated neurological functions of the "Self." With "conduit" defined as a "channel of conveyance," it should lastly be noted that this only further underlines the absolute necessity of intention and responsibility when utilizing psychedelic chemicals or even any of these trance brain states. Just because something is a conduit for energy does not mean that it is inherently positive, nor negative, but instead simply means that it is a powerful tool.
Remember: "states" become "traits," so live always with pure intentions.
A journalist/author from Anchorage, Alaska, Anthony Tyler is a purveyor of the esoteric. He seeks to twist the knife in phony New Age ideals, big government agendas, and today's contrived state of scientific materialism. Far from being "Satanist," the esoteric (i.e. occultism) etymologically marks the beginning of mathematics, astronomy, psychology and psychotherapy, medicine, and even politics through historical veins such as the Gnostic Mystery Initiations. Too few people today understand that ancient man considered "God" to be an ideal of ultimate Truth, and thus religion and science were never conceived to be separated. These truths have become a mere forgotten birthright into today's postmodern society, but with esoteric data that men died to conceal for thousands of years now just an internet-search away, the opportunity for a societal balance presents itself.

Cashew Nutrition: Absolute the Best Treatment for Depression without Medication
Nuts are great, but cashews are even greater. Unfortunately, scientists never found these nuts interesting, and only a small number of studies were based on the properties provides by cashews. They require humid and hot climate, and most of the produce grows in Tanzania, Nigeria, Brazil and Mozambique.
Top 5 health benefits
Cashews are rich in calories. A serving of 50 grams contains 275 calories. They are also packed with vitamins, minerals, soluble fiber, and phytochemicals that prevent numerous diseases and even cancer.
Palmitoleic and oleic acids in cashews are great for the cardiovascular health. These essential fats lower bad (LDL) cholesterol and normalize good (HDL) cholesterol. Monounsaturated fats are essential part of the Mediterranean diet, which is beneficial for overall health, and prevent coronary artery disease and sudden stroke by regulating blood lipids, as shown in numerous scientific studies.
Cashews are an excellent source of potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc, selenium, and iron. Eat a healthy serving of cashews to get the recommended amount of these minerals, and prevent deficiency-related diseases. A handful of cashews per day is just enough.
Selenium is an imperative micronutrient, and it is one of the co-elements of anti-cancer compounds like Glutathione peroxides, known to be one of the best cell reinforcements in the organism. Copper is a co-variable for vital catalysts like cytochrome c-oxidase and superoxide dismutase. Zinc participates in compounds that control the advancement of processing, DNA union and gonadal capacity.
Cashews contain pyridoxine (vitamin B6), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), thiamin (vitamin B11), and riboflavin. A serving of 100 grams provides 30% of the recommended daily intake of B6 (0.147mg). Vitamin B6 reduces the risk of homocystinuria and sideroblastic anemia.
Niacin protects against dermatitis and pellagra. Each of these vitamins is essential for the metabolism of fat, protein and carbs.
Cashews also contain small amounts of zeaxanthin. This antioxidant is assimilated in the retinal macula. It protects against dangerous UV rays and age-related macular degeneration in elderly.
Cashews are considered to be the best alternative remedy for depression.
Natural treatment for depression – Cashew nutrition
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, and cashews are full of it. Amino acids support healthy development in children, promote good sleep, and treat anxiety, nervousness and depression.
Two handfuls of cashews provide about 1,500mg of tryptophan, which is exactly the same amount contained in prescription antidepressants. Cashew therapies are the only way healing therapy that does not cause side effects, which is not the case of conventional antidepressants. But, the Big Pharma does not want you to know this.
Cashew nut allergy
These nuts can trigger allergic reactions in individuals at any age. Moreover, cashew nut allergy is quite common, same as the allergies caused by walnuts, almonds and other nuts. Same as peanuts, even a couple of cashews can sometimes cause severe symptoms of allergy.
Do you ever get a nagging sensation that something is not quite right inside of you? I'm not talking about a kink in your neck or an upset stomach – this is deeper than that. Maybe it's a limitation within yourself, or a lack of flow and direction where there once was an abundance.
Familiar with any of those?
Of course you are, because you're human! If you didn't encounter occasional slumps, I'd be worried that you had a screw loose.
Inhabiting these earthly bodies on this physical plane, it's normal to sometimes feel out of alignment with who we truly are. Yes, it's our responsibility to recalibrate and reconnect whenever we can, but it's silly to beat ourselves up every time we fall out of the saddle.
The quote below illustrates how these minor setbacks are really an opportunity in disguise:
"Contrast allows us to see what is not in alignment with our Authentic Selves, and then presents us with opportunity after opportunity to respond from a place of compassion, forgiveness, acceptance, love, joy, gratitude, etc. Thus, when we break the karmic loop we swing back into alignment with Spirit."
But sometimes this "karmic loop" isn't so obvious to us – even when we're entangled within it. We Homo sapiens have a habit of tricking ourselves into believing that we're absolutely fine and it's the world around us that is the problem.
Not to worry! We've got the antidote below.
Below are 5 ways you can tell when you're out of spiritual alignment, and some possible solutions to rejuvenate your connection.
1. Fatigue
We all get tired, but this one goes bone deep. Your whole soul feels tired. This can happen when we are not living in alignment with our purpose, or when we are being inauthentic about something. These blind spots take a lot of life-force energy to compensate for, and you will likely feel a surge of energy once you begin to address and mend them. (By the way, we all have these – no shame allowed!)
Questions to consider:
Where am I being inauthentic?
What kinds of dreams am I having when I sleep?
Where can I honor my word by acknowledging where I've been out of integrity to myself or those close to me?
Suggestions to try:
Meditate or pray, and seek the answers within to discover your purpose or the hidden meanings in your dreamtime.
Take a walk, or try more vigorous exercise if you can. There's nothing like getting into action to wake up and shake up old energy.
Recharge your spine. The spine is the axis of our being, and the best way to combat fatigue is to wake up our innermost beings. You can do this through a seated meditation pose, or through spinal rotations. Stand with your feet planted firmly on the ground, about hip-width apart, raise your straightened arms to shoulder-height, and then gently twist back and forth, from left to right. Try this for 1 to 3 minutes, and you should start feeling a little more enlivened.
Use essential oils in a diffuser. Try lemon for its refreshing quality, or rosemary to clear and enliven the mind.
2. Irregular Breathing
What does breath have to do with anything? Everything.
The English word for "spirit" comes from the Latin word "spiritus," which means "breath." Our connection to our breath is therefore very telling. Irregular breathing can mean anything from very shallow, to intermittent, or even heavy, which is different from relaxed deep breathing. This can be caused by a few different things, including anxiety, anger, and stress.
Questions to consider:
Where in my life am I holding onto fear, anger or resentment?
Where in my body do I feel tension?
What parts of myself are in need of personal attention?
Suggestions to try:
If you discover you have anger, forgive. Forgive deeply and completely. For some help with this – here is a great 9 step guide we found from Berkeley University on how to forgive.
Experiment with 4-7-8 Rhythmic Breathing. With your body relaxed, inhale deeply into your belly for a count of 4; hold your breath for a count of 7; exhale for a count of 8 at which point your lungs should be completely emptied of air. Repeat for a few rounds.
For those holding on to stress or anxiety, nourish yourself with an Epsom salts bath and essential oils. The salts contain magnesium, which have a soothing and calming effect. Similarly, essential oils can induce wonderful effects. Try lavender (soothing and calming), geranium (promotes cheerfulness and prevents the mental downward spiral), fennel (for self-compassion), frankincense (relaxation), or eucalyptus (to promote respiratory circulation).
3. Difficulty Concentrating
We live in a society where we are overwhelmed and overcommitted, more often to things we don't even really, authentically care about. Many of us chase so many "shiny" objects in a given day that we're left feeling scattered and somewhat directionless. You may be truly excited about all of the things you're up to, but have a simple problem of math — there are not enough hours in the day.
Questions to consider:
Where am I overcommitted?
What is my highest priority today, this week, this month, this year?
Where in my day can I create more space for myself to just be?
Suggestions to try:
Protect your time. It's precious and often times squandered away.
Put things into existence on a calendar or a project management app.
Try a visualization meditation. Create 50-minute "productivity blocks" for each working hour. Then take short breaks for 5 to 10 minutes and visualize from beginning to end how your next hour will go. If you can't do this each hour, maybe try a morning meditation at the beginning of each work day, and visualize your most powerful day.
Apply a drop of peppermint oil by rubbing into each of your temples. Peppermint promotes concentration and focus.
4. Sadness, Depression
Loss is often the culprit here. Loss of a loved one, loss of a friendship, loss of a pet, or a job, or child custody, or a home. Perhaps you're feeling a loss of power, or loss of your youth, or your health. When we deconstruct our sadness or depression, we often find fear. Fear of being alone, fear of abandonment, and the ultimate — fear of death.
Questions to consider:
Where in my body am I holding onto grief?
What do I feel I've lost?
What shadow do I possess that I refuse to acknowledge?
Suggestions to try:
Develop a gratitude practice. Gratitude is the antidote for both anger or sadness. Begin making a daily list of 5 to 10 things you're grateful for, and watch how beautiful the world suddenly becomes.
If you're really daring, send a heartfelt note to someone you do not like and perhaps you'll witness a miracle.
Try a couple of drops of grapefruit essential oil mixed into a glass of drinking water. Grapefruit promotes positivity and joy. (Make sure the essential oils you're using are consumable. They will have nutritional information listed on their vials to indicate edibility.)
5. Irritability
When your nerves are on alert, imbalance is typically the culprit here, and more often than not this has to do with the precarious balance of chemicals in our bodies. Maintaining proper nutrition, hydration, energetic, and hormone balances are key.
Questions to consider:
How much caffeine, sugar, or alcohol am I consuming?
How much do I sleep at night?
Am I maintaining a healthy weight and a healthy diet?
How fulfilling is my sex life?
Suggestions to try:
Add more leafy greens, root vegetables, and fruits to your diet.
Increase hydration – drink 100 oz of water each day.
Consider cutting way back—or even eliminating—caffeine, refined sugar, and alcohol from your diet for a week or two, and see if you notice a difference in your mood.
Try the following essential oils for balancing hormones: clary sage, sandalwood, or thyme.
Practice an eye-gazing meditation with a romantic partner while seated in yab-yum. The physical touch balances erratic energy, and the eye-gazing itself will take you deeper inside yourself—and your lover—far away from the surface where the commotion is.
Final Thoughts
Our bodies are the proverbial temples where our spirits reside, yet we all too often ignore our own sacred spaces. Getting back in touch with who we truly are, and nurturing ourselves can revitalize our own mind-body-spirit connections.
But don't take my word for it; try some of these for yourself. And remember, we are ALL connected.
