If Your Child Shows Any of These 15 Signs They Are A Natural Born Empath

If Your Child Shows Any of These 15 Signs They Are A Natural Born Empath

If Your Child Shows Any of These 15 Signs They Are A Natural Born Empath

Empathetic children are highly sensitive and during their younger years have a much harder time managing sensory overload. Their senses are just far more intense than those of the rest of the world.

Just about everyone fails to truly understand the child empath, and this is something that breaks my heart. When it comes to helping the child empath grow, the right guidance is very important. These generations of empaths to come will be our only hope of making this world a better place once we are dead and gone.

If you think your child may be an empath, check to see if they have the following traits. Child empaths are an amazing gift, one that will continue to 'give' well after you have passed. Being the parent to a child empath truly says a lot about you as a person as well.

15 Signs Your Child is an Empath:

1. They only have a few good friends.

Your child does not want anything to do with shallow friendships. He or she has a few loyal friends, and that is more than enough for them.

2. They take on the stress of others.

If something is bothering you then it is also bothering your child. If you find that your child takes on your stress then you might just have an empath on your hands.

3. They act out when you are upset.

This is because they do not know how to handle the emotions that they are feeling.

4. They connect on a deeper level with plants and animals.

They just seem to fit in with nature much more than children normally do.

5. They are intuitive.

Does your child just seem to know the truth even when it is not something that they should understand? Most empathic children are extremely intuitive, meaning they hold the ability to understand something immediately, without reason.

6. They like to spend time alone.

Rather than spending time with other children your child enjoys playing alone.

7. They are good listeners.

They can and will be the shoulder for others to cry on.

8. They are compassionate.

They care about other people and want to see them improve. When something bad happens to someone your child is the first to want to help.

9. They do not like family gatherings.

You may notice they are good at disappearing, this is because when things become overwhelming they have to cool down.

10. They react to movies and books more than other children.

They are the kind of child that cries when something sad happens in the book or movie that they are enjoying. This is because they truly empathize with the characters, and when it is a book they can actually see it in their minds.

11. They feel like they don't fit it.

They don't feel as if they fit in with the other children.

12. They become overstimulated in crowds.

They will become overwhelmed in crowd situations, and because of this they might run, hide or become emotional.

13. They do not like loud noises.

Loud noises can be overwhelming to the child empath, their senses are more in tune than most people's. It can be quite overwhelming for them before they figure out their gift.

14. They feel things on a much deeper level than other people.

They feel everything on a much deeper level than most. When it comes to absorbing the emotions of others they cannot help it, and also do not quite know how to deal with it just yet.

15. They can tell when someone is lying.

Even from a young age they are able to determine whether someone has bad intentions or not.

When dealing with the child empath you need to help them to become aware of their triggers, and really identify what drains them the most. Make sure they know all about the gift they have been given and where they need to go from here with it. Having a child empath is a great gift, nurture them!

How you can use the 2-hour rule to achieve your goals and improve your life - Hack Spirit

How you can use the 2-hour rule to achieve your goals and improve your life - Hack Spirit

How you can use the 2-hour rule to achieve your goals and improve your life

Did you know that Albert Einstein was 16 years old when he first began thinking of the idea of special relativity? He was a constant daydreamer and he "envisioned" special relativity in one of his daydreams.

Brilliant insights out of deep thought aren't unique.

Charles Darwin had something called a "thinking path" that he would walk down to consider his deep thoughts.

Fredrich Nietzsche regularly spent hours in nature trying to make sense of his ideas.

So the question is, what if we tried to do the same?

Unfortunately, daydreamers are often thought to be time wasters and unproductive in many ways.

Spending time thinking doesn't seem like a productive way to live, but if it has helped some of the most brilliant minds in history to achieve their goals and find success, surely it can help us too.

According to psychologists, engaging in what is called "Reflective Thinking" is critical to self-improvement.

What is Reflective Thinking?

Reflection is the act of thinking about our experiences in such a way that we can draw meaning from them, find solutions to problems, and learn someone about ourselves in the process.

Reflection might often be thought of as a form of daydreaming since nothing physically productive is actually happening, but the act of reflecting can help you feel more confident in your decisions and help you navigate difficult times in your life.

Think about the last time something terrible happened to you. Were you able to find some good in that situation? If so, you were probably using the power of reflection to help you reconcile the experience into something that you learned from and grew from.

Why Does Reflection Matter?

Reflection matters for many reasons, but the biggest reason is that it helps us learn and grow from our experiences.

If you spend time every day thinking about our actions, attitude, behavior, connections, interactions, expressions, and even the food we ate, we could become better at these things and better at life in general.

Reflection helps people connect with themselves and those around them. It is one of the reasons why parents will ask children about their day at bedtime or at the dinner table. Asking "how was your day" can open a door to a world of reflection because children — and adults — need to stop and think about their day and what they did with it.

Two Hours to a Better Life

Some experts recommend up to 2 hours of reflective thinking per week. While that might seem like a lot of time, it's only 120 minutes a week. Which is only 17 minutes a day, give or take a few seconds.

So if you spend 15-20 minutes a day first thing in the morning, or last thing before bed, thinking about your day, your life, you achievements, your failures, and more, you can begin to see patterns in your thinking emerge; you can begin to see how you connect with other people.

You can also start to see areas of your life that you want to improve, or you can spend the time trying to solve a problem.

Get a notebook and record your thoughts during those 15-20 minutes each day. And don't feel guilty about making time to let your mind wander.

The Takeaway

Time spent thinking is not time wasted. Humans have been given the gift of reflection and it's important to our lives that we use that time to determine things about ourselves, solve problems and try to make sense of the world around us.

7 Things You Should Never Tell To Anyone.

7 Things You Should Never Tell To Anyone.

7 Things You Should Never Tell To Anyone.

This world, even though it depends on truth, still needs balance. Some truth it's better kept unspoken!

That's why, some of the wisest people that ever lived warn us to keep our mouths shut about certain things.

Here are the 7 things you should keep only for yourself!

7 Things You Should Never Tell To Anyone:

1. Your long term plans.

Wise people warn that you should never reveal your long term plans to anyone. Wait until they are realized.

Our plans and ideas are not just vulnerable, they also get stained when we reveal them to other people. They can't see the image we see.

2. Your good deeds.

Good deeds are graceful and rare in this world. They should be kept as pure as your eyes.

Bragging about your good deeds eradicates the grace and shines a light directly onto your pride.

3. Your asceticism.

Whatever you are consciously depriving yourself of, avoiding alcohol, physical pleasures, certain food, or other types of indulgences, is meant solely for your character.

Don't live your life so that you can tell others about it. Everybody has their own way of doing things, as well as their own choices.

Do what makes you happy. Revealing your asceticism to others steers your intent from becoming a better person, to appearing as a better person. It's not for self discipline anymore.

4. Your heroism.

Wise people say that a real hero comes silently, from the inside.

Heroes do what they do not so others would know, but because THEY know what is the right thing to do deep inside their hearts. They believe in their cause and they don't need to get approval from anyone.

Most heroic acts are outer, and people acknowledge these acts, they worship them. But inner acts of heroism are what always prevails. Inner acts of heroism create real heroes.

5. Your family problems.

What happens inside your family, the moments you share with your significant other, your private life, all that should remain private.

You should have consideration about other people's privacy. The details you know about your family members and your partner, you know them for a reason. You are close to them.

Others who might be close to you, are not close to them. Don't break these "walls" without their permission. It's like borrowing a toy from a person who trusts you and giving that toy to someone else to play with it. It's not your toy to give.

6. Your secrets and unpleasant facts you know about other people.

The same way you can make your shoes dirty, you can make your consciousness dirty.

Talking bad and gossiping about others stains your consciousness, and these stains later become negative energy.

It's wise to leave out these details as they won't help anyone, neither you, neither the people you speak of.

7. Your past resentments.

Past is past. Let go of it, it just weighs you down.

You should express your thoughts and feelings while something is happening.

But if you miss that opportunity, there is nothing else to do afterwards except letting go. Otherwise, you will always be one step behind, never being in the moment where you can actually make a difference.
